Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Processing time does NOT include the shipping period.
-Unit Construction (PYOH) 5-7 Business days after all items are received.
-Ready to ship 1-2 business days.
-Custom Unit 10-14 Business days

All units are shipped using USPS Priority Mail Shipping.
This shipping takes 3-5 days.
NO shipping on Holidays or weekends!
SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH BILLING ADDRESS. If not, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded.

Lost/stolen packages
After the order is shipped, we are NOT responsible for your package after it is received by the carrier. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
